How is the final rate set?
The calculator shows an indicative rate. The manager confirms the final rate and amount for your deal before it takes place.
Can I exchange without visiting the office?
Yes, by transfer, after the manager confirms the terms.
What do I need for the exchange?
The amount, direction, USDT network and, if you receive crypto, your wallet address.
What fees do I pay?
You see the exchange rate in the calculator; the manager confirms the final rate before the deal. The blockchain network fee is paid separately.
How can I check a crypto transfer?
Ask for the TXID and open it in a block explorer such as Tronscan or Etherscan.
Can a crypto transfer be cancelled?
No. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, so check the address and network. If you used the wrong network, contact the manager at once; recovery is not guaranteed.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
Minimum RUB 100,000. For large amounts, agree with the manager in advance.
